Breakfast out

We have decided the best meal to eat out with a baby is breakfast.  This is awesome, because both Tim and I love breakfast (it's definitely our favorite meal) and there are tons of breakfast joints in FC.  We've started a little tradition for ourselves of going out for a yummy breakfast on one of Tim's days off.  We like to go early (before 9am) and we've been trying out different places in Fort Collins.  Tim's favorite is The Rainbow and mine is Snooze.  This morning we went to Lucille's EARLY (7:45am) and I kinda wondered - who is going to be eating at this time on a Monday morning?  Other than a few retired people, it was just us.  The absolute best thing at Lucille's is the biscuits with delicious homemade jam.
